    The location was ideal, close to eateries and the vibrant waterfront, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service via a robot was a fun touch. Street noise and ongoing roadworks made for a less peaceful stay, and the mattress was a bit too soft for comfort.

    I was only booked for 1 night but it was a great night :) The hotel is really well situated and even if it doesn't look like much from the outside, the inside is really well decorated I loved it.

    Super well situated, great staff. The room was stylish and the harbour view was a nice surprise. I felt it was well worth its price, I had a great stay.

    The street was under construction I struggled a bit to get there with my suitcases but really not the hotel fault :)

    A nice size and well-equipped room, had a brilliant stay because of service. Private parking on site provided. No charge for concierge service, wake up calls and ironing too.

    the whole place was reasonably clean and the staff were very professional and friendly professional. our room was themed and brand-new with the most comfy beds, great view plus great amenities, just what we needed. the check-in was easy and the atmosphere was chic overall.

    I truly enjoyed staying in this property and its great and fab location.

    The rooms were compact and soundproof, had a shower, a hairdryer and bath robes in the bathroom. The place had a contemporary atmosphere.

    Housekeeping finishes too early, resulting in communication issues!!! The loaded room perks felt overpriced compared to nearby alternatives. Lack of basic kitchen utensils like teaspoons for coffee was annoying!!!

    Wonderful location. Close to the port, restaurants, shops, sightseeing.

    Cost of breakfast . Maybe an option to get a lighter, less expensive breakfast
